22squared is looking for a Sr. Paid Search Manager in our Atlanta office to assist with planning and activation of Search and Performance campaigns.

The Paid Search Manager is responsible for successful implementation and day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, client communication and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides day-to-day management of paid search marketing campaigns across engines
    • Responsible for deploying and executing various optimizations across paid campaigns, keywords and ads
    • Responsible for managing digital spend with respect to client’s goals
    • Finds opportunities to test new initiatives, ad copy, ad units and ad extensions
  • Implements holistic media planning and buying and translates overarching goals into management of individual search campaigns
  • Adheres to process, quality assurance protocols and best practices.  Introduces improvements and devises new solution for optimizing paid assets
  • Provides weekly and quarterly report on performance of search campaigns
    • Creates and updates current reporting templates, provides actionable insights for client’s campaigns and optimizations
    • Innovates and stays on top of automotive industry and digital marketing trends
  • Innovates, presents and executes on yearly strategic and tactical plans
  • Aids in strategy development and leads execution for complex marketing programs such as segmentation, copy testing, KPI forecasting, advertising effectiveness, media mix modeling, attribution, consumer pathing analysis and ROI measurement
  • Manages 1st, 2nd and third party audiences in various platforms (Liveramp, GA, Adobe)
  • Day-to-day contact with platform reps
  • Develops and fosters relationships across larger media planning team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, economics, mathematics, statistics, or similar analytical field
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. Pivot tables & VLOOKUP)
  • 2 – 4 years of Paid Search experience
  • Thorough understanding of audience marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of ad serving platforms and online analytics solutions
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation and analytical skills, within strong attention to detail
  • Curiosity for quantitative analysis and forecasting strategies is strongly preferred
  • Must be self-starter/self-motivated person
  • Strong attention to detail
  • DoubleClick experience preferred
  • Navigation and interpretation of Google Analytics data;  GA and/or DoubleClick Certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and testing methodology are preferred
