The Senior Account Executive supports the above through a mastery of agency service offerings and process, stewardship of strategy towards great work, independent ownership of projects, and beginning to oversee the work of others on the team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Understand how Client category landscape can lead to challenges or opportunities
  • Identifies ways to refine Agency and Client processes to increase efficiencies with day to day workflow
  • Understands the ‘why’ behind the project and proactively ensures Client objectives are clear prior to project kick off
  • Manages multiple mid-sized projects to successful completion
  • Proven knowledge/experience in troubleshooting obstacles with a project 
  • Utilizes earned trust to navigate challenging situations
  • Ability to think critically in the development of new work in order to prepare for client feedback or technical roadblocks 
  • Lead team in execution and strategy of integrated creative campaigns across all touch points
  • Analyze results of the work and media with internal team to provide impactful recommendations and optimizations;  Assists in creating POV’s
  • Develop working knowledge of Agency legal, IP and Business Affairs

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, schedules and client deadlines
  • Solid presentation skills 
  • Ability to speak up if the work isn’t where it should be
  • Begins to develop style for effectively selling work, and is open to out of the box thinking 
  • Applies understanding of client preferences and challenges to help the team shape, support and present work for its best reception

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required
  • 3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing or related field
  • Direct Supervisory experience not required, but working knowledge of management and/or mentorship preferred
  • Familiarity with various reporting tools
