    Be part of a tight-knit, creatively-driven and Effie-award-winning Strategy team22squared is seeking a creative and passionate Senior Strategist for either it’s Tampa or Atlanta location.


    This is a client-facing role, supporting marketing consulting, audience insights and brand strategy supporting 1-2 accounts. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, innovative and eager to tackle business challenges and creative opportunities. This position requires a strong foundation in consumer research, brand planning and cross-channel strategies. In addition, this position requires a strong foundation in Spanish language/Multicultural marketing and best practices.


    • Develop presentations, strategic POVscampaign briefs and trend reports to inspire and support creative and client decisions
    •        Manage qualitative and quantitative research from planning through presentation
    • Partner with clients, demonstrating an understanding of the business and category with a caring and confident presence
    • Act as a highly collaborative partner for content, media, creative and analytics, striving for integrated thinking and problem solving
    • Contribute to agency intelligence through culture mining and industry-relevant thought leadership



    • 5+ years of experience in an agency environment, with a focus on brand planning, account planning or creative strategy
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
    • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and data storytelling
    • Experience with cross-channel creative strategies (Including digital and social)
    • Confident and effective communicator, able to challenge and champion ideas
    • Passion for trend-watching and cultural insights
    • Strong relationship management skills – both internal and client-facing
    • Autonomous and entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a dynamic environment
    • Deep and personal understanding of and connection to Hispanic heritage and culture
    • Fluency or proficiency in Spanish language is preferred
    • Good understanding of and experience of multicultural markets/brands
