REPORTS TO: Director of Project Management

At 22squared, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for process management and oversight of an assigned client or clients. The Senior Project Manager keeps the teams’ attention focused on achieving goals and meeting deadlines, by clearly communicating expectations and a sense of urgency when required.  The ideal candidate would have 5-7 years of project management experience, from an agency or in-house agency environment. To be considered for this position you must have proven experience working on high-volume accounts.

This role may be client-facing and the candidate will need to have a full understanding of driving broadcast, social, print and digital projects from initiation through implementation.


  • Actively manage multi-track programs and projects on assigned client, working across all channels and various job types
  • Develop and own internal creative process with keys multi-disciplinary stakeholders and continually maintain project timelines
  • Proactively identify and develop solutions for internal process issues
  • Own the allocation, monitoring and optimization of resource allocation for assigned client(s)
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure process is followed and all team members are engaged in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage and oversee workload of Project Manager(s) to ensure work is appropriately distributed
  • Assist in the training and advocating of process to the agency
  • Facilitate internal status and project meetings effectively
  • Resolve and/or escalate project issues in a timely fashion
  • Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
  • Control priorities of projects throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage all projects in the appropriate project management software
