We’re looking for a New Business Manager to help the New Business Director, Chief Marketing Officer and agency leadership team drive growth and elevate the reputation of 22squared. This is an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful role in fostering the growth and reputation of a modern and dynamic agency. In this role you will work directly with the New Business Director and CMO to strategically grow and diversify the agency’s client portfolio, capitalizing on experience and positive momentum and further fueling the agency’s reputation. This position provides exposure to new clients and categories as well as the best and brightest talent at the agency.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support all new business activity and client presentations
  • Create RFP responses, written case studies, capability/service descriptions, bios, etc.
  • Conduct research and develop background materials on prospects
  • Execute prospecting initiatives
  • Develop marketing materials
  • Manage the pitch process from end to end and provide input, direction and communication to all involved disciplines
  • Develop and manage internal timelines, key milestones and necessary checkpoints
  • Support all PR and marketing initiatives
  • Act as connective tissue among social, thought leadership & PR teams
  • Manage agency awards tracking & submissions  
  • Track and solicit updates on opportunities, reporting on a regular basis
  • Update agency website, databases and other materials as needed


Experience:

  • 3+ years agency and/or marketing experience with a track record of growth        
  • Understanding of the advertising, marketing and agency landscape
  • Prior agency pitch experience
  • Understanding of media is a plus
  • Prior new business and/or PR experience is a plus
