DEPARTMENT: Digital Investment

REPORTS TO: Digital Investment Supervisor


  • Provide support do Digital Media team on successful campaign activation and management across Search, Social and Programmatic
  • Responsible for planning, developing keyword lists and text creative, implementation, optimization, testing and performance analysis across Search, Social and Programmatic channels
  • Provide thorough analysis of online marketing channels via third party reporting tools
  • Limited/direct client contact, handling general requests and providing channel guidance
  • Ability to work in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Support Digital Media teams in day to day tasks to continuously optimize campaigns while using internal documentation and outside platforms


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, mathematics, statistics, economics or similar analytical field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. Pivot tables & VLOOKUP) is preferred
  • Strong interest in digital media and search marketing
  • Must be self-starter/self-motivated person
  • Mathematically inclined, with ability to develop strategic and tactical skills using statistical modeling and  time series analysis
    • Strong interest in working with large amount of data (mining, analyzing, forecasting)
  • Accurate and timely reporting of billable and non-billable time
  • Google AdWords Certification and Yahoo/Bing Certification is preferred
  • At least 1 year of marketing, PPC and/or paid media experience is preferred
