The Data and Business Intelligence Manager provides expertise in business intelligence and data governance, including: data mapping and ETL, dashboards, reports, vendor imports/exports, data architecture, QA/QC, and other agency and client data-related initiatives.This work may include data management, analysis, developing and maintaining imports and exports, building reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality, troubleshooting issues, creating documentation, and fielding user questions/feedback. This is a key strategic role with a high level of visibility in the organization.

  • Build, load, map and monitor data sources from an array of media and business sources
  • Implement quality control procedures and guidelines
  • Audit data and put remedial solutions in place
  • Build automation and queries
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders to draw strategic conclusions from a variety of data sources
  • Ensure that collected data is relevant and exhaustive while also interpreting the analytics results
  • Lead and/or support dashboard builds with quality assurance and user acceptance testing
  • Document and catalog findings for future reference or additional investigation
  • Gather and analyze information for project-related research
  • Participate in meetings related to reporting
  • Prioritize, plan, and track project progress  


Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following: Data Analytics, Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Statistics, Economics or a degree in any quantitative field. 3-5 years business intelligence or data analytics experience in any of the following platforms: Datorama, Microstrategy, SpotFire, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Lift361, or Domo


Highly collaborative and analytical, excellent communication skills, drive to always learn, ability to read a room, problem-solving


  • Understanding of database management and maintenance
  • Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
  • Understanding of web analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience working with statistical analysis software (Python, R, SAS, etc.)
  • Preferred languages: Javascript, SQL, Python
  • Experience with Agile as a project management approach and related software (JIRA)
