The Account Supervisor supports the above through a rich understanding of the client’s business and strategy, the ability to coach and motivate direct reports, financial stewardship (pacing and profitability), and consistently demonstrating strong gut instincts and ability to support growth.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Showcase an ability to predict Client needs, or identify proactive opportunities, based on intimate knowledge of Client business and industry trends
  • Generates advocacy for new ideas/opportunities from the cross functional internal team
  • Partner with, and influence strategy team to identify compelling opportunities and/or generate inspiring creative briefs
  • Balance Client business objectives with Agency objectives, and identify successful path forward
  • Easily assess risk or obstacles of an idea or plan, and can help solution around them
  • Guide campaign measurement plans and KPI’s
  • Play a key role in determining how data can influence future work and initiatives
  • Takes an ownership role in managing day-to-day workflow of the business
  • Plays a key role in scope development and hours management, ensuring profitability and efficiency across all projects
  • Has experience in organically growing client relationships
  • Can effectively manage internal and Client budgets 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Proven ability to inspire confidence and growth in Agency team members
  • Ability to write an effective POV, SOW and well-structured presentation deck
  • Easily unites and motivates cross functional team to project success
  • Proven ability to resolve any issues among the team and/or with the Client
  • Has strong instincts, and shows no hesitation in vocalizing potential concerns or opportunities
  • Masterful multi-tasker who doesn’t get flustered easily
  • Production experience on all platforms, including ability to manage to budget while maintaining creative integrity
  • Proven experience with cross platform campaigns and measurement
  • Consummate student of the industry and its constant evolution

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required
  • 5-8 years of Agency experience
  • Proven experience with cross-platform campaigns and measurement
  • Supervisory or people management experience preferred
  • Production experience
