Influencer Business Affairs Specialist

        Support the Influencer Marketing team in drafting and maintaining Influencer Marketing contracts.

        Negotiate with influencers or their talent agents and advise Influencer Marketing team members on relevant contract changes that may impact partnership.

        Maintain form bank of Influencer Marketing agreements customized by client.

        Work with Agency Traffic Manager to archive influencer created assets.

        Keep abreast of developments in the Influencer Marketing and talent space, and partner with the Influencer Marketing team and the Legal department to provide strategic perspective on various relevant issues.

        Attend relevant Influencer Marketing department meetings to ensure alignment on any contract needs.

        Actively work with Director of Influencer Marketing to improve and streamline contract process.

        Motivate and manage others through skilled relationship building.

General Business Affairs

        Legal clearance of scripts, storyboards and finished commercials, evaluate and clear trademarks, taglines, promotional names, etc.

        Network clearances of scripts, storyboard and finished commercials.

        Secure licenses, releases, permits and permissions as necessary during production.

        Assist in day-to-day business management of production process—budget preparation, production insurance, talent payments, pre-bills, cost analysis, purchase orders and invoice processing.

        Contract management pertaining to all aspects of production.

        Handle talent payments for radio, television, internet and new media; track talent payments and estimate yearly talent residual spend

Experience

        Bachelor's degree

        Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business affairs at an agency or an entertainment company

        Knowledge of SAG Commercials Agreement preferred

        Very strong negotiating skills and experience

        Keen attention to detail

        Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and writing skills

        Strong communication skills, ability to work with varying levels of internal and external stakeholders, including management and staff

        Maintains the strictest of executive maturity and confidentiality
