  • Negotiate with media vendors and work with Senior Media Planners/Supervisors to develop strategic recommendations that meet client-marketing goals + objectives
  • Develop and maintain media plans, and related documentation including approvals, budgets and billing
  • Utilize media research tools and resources to develop strategic client recommendations
  • Provide support to Digital Media team on successful campaign activation and management across Social and Programmatic

Results Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance utilizing third-party reporting tools
  • Analyze the data against the defined campaign success metrics (includes evaluation of creative performance, direct response metrics and media efficiency) 


  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of media marketplace with emphasis on digital knowledge/exposure
  • Clear understanding of media planning and buying process
  • Media planning experience in an integrated agency a plus
  • Bachelor degree in advertising, marketing or related program
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of interactive marketing concepts and best practices
  • Strong mathematic and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with 3rd Party Ad server (DoubleClick, Flashtalking, Sizmek)
  • Experience with programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, Amobee, etc.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience with Prisma and/or digital media billing systems
  • Ability to analyze complex data, market research, and assist in formulating actionable plans
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work well with a team; function as a leader, and also work independently
  • Ability to understand client objectives and how they translate into media strategies
