Senior Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Analytics to assist on a Financial account at 22squared.


  • Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of client-focused measurement visions that focuses on the following elements; team, process, methodologies and tools.
  • Work collaboratively with team, across departments (primarily account management, media and strategy), and with vendors, to execute timely structured analysis and deliver actionable insights and recommendations in order to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for presenting measurement concepts, campaign results etc. and executive-level clients.
  • Provide support for the marketing campaign test and measurement design, promotional tracking, and post campaign analysis, business insights, and recommended actions across specific marketing channels based on subject matter expertise.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain ongoing dashboards and reports that monitor digital advertising and marketing performance and provide actionable insights
  • Integrate reporting across channels for large programs; and lead internal measurement discussions and develops relevant QA practices.
  • Use multi-touch attribution/digital attribution solutions to understand interactions, roles and conversion contributions between digital marketing channels is considered a plus
  • Work closely with the account and client teams to assess the campaign’s technical measurement and data requirements
  • Development of best practices of analytics principles across 22squared.
  • Partner with 22 team members to ensure data accuracy


  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong subject matter expertise within display, social, and search media as well as innovative media trends.
  • Ability to work with clients to support the development of a measurement strategy and vision.
  • Experience measuring and analyzing data against one of the following areas: digital, social, media, research.
  • Understanding and applying data extraction/transformation, analytics and visualization approaches.
  • Synthesizing data and demonstrating knowledge in advanced analytics and statistics including predictive modeling and correlation analysis. 
  • Experience with digital analytics systems such as Adobe Analytics/Omniture and/or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Datorama. 
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Automation Tools such as Marketo and Pardot a plus. 
  • Familiarity with Python (preferred) and R
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data

  • Passion for the digital space.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Decision Sciences, Marketing, Economics or a related field (Engineering, Mathematics)

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Data governance, data mapping, ETL, and data architecture
  • Business intelligence or data analytics experience in any of the following platforms: Tableau or Datorama
  • Experience working in Financial Marketing
