Business Leadership  


Strategic business leader and trusted client advisor on all aspects of the client business they  

support day to day. Client seeks out their advice and counsel on issues concerning their  

business, their communications and SOW.  



Works with GAD and cross-functional team to drive annual planning.  

Extremely knowledgeable about each agency offering and department function, including  

creative, production, strategy, content, media and analytics.  



Keeps GAD informed of all changes/developments happening on the business.  

Collaborates with integrated team to drive business growth opportunities.  

Client Management  




In depth knowledge and understanding of the client team and organizational structure to gain and  

grow their trust and partnership  

Accountable for content creation and production supervision of all presentation materials for  

meetings.  

Maps agency account team effectively to client team, ensuring appropriate relationships and  

coverage is clear across the business.  

Talent Development  


Supervises and ensures all junior account team members are being taught and trained on all  

aspects of their role. Provides in the moment, on the job training as opportunities present  

themselves.  



Proven track record for growing high-performing talent through the department.  

Identifies talent gaps, development opportunities and performance issues. Communicates  

regularly with GAD on status of the talent of the team and partners with GAD on how to address.  

Demonstrates an agency-first POV and personal investment in the success of all team members.  


Analytics & Reporting  


Analytical in evaluating situations, being able to connect the dots, draw conclusions and drive  

solutions from multiple sources of data.  



Familiarity with analytics and reporting across earned, owned, and paid platforms  

Aid in review, implementation and management of analytics tools or 3rd party vendors in  

collaboration with analytics team.  



Work cross-functionally with media and analytics to strategize, define and implement  

measurement plans.  

Translation of cross-platform and other data driven capabilities to relevant use cases for client  

use cases.  

Media Stewardship  




Partner with media team to implement media strategy with ability to flag implications for creative  

execution and measurement efforts  

Have a deep understanding of digital paid media including; programmatic, Google, Facebook,  

and other display networks.  

Familiarity with DMP activation, stewardship and application to client’s business including creative  

and messaging opportunities.  






Creative Stewardship  


Partners with strategy & content to develop and ensure high quality creative briefs for  

high-complexity projects.  


Identifies additional opportunities or red flags in each internal review prior to work being shared  

with clients.  

Financial Stewardship  

Consistently tracks cross department hours and works with GAD to strategize how to course  

correct when needed.  


Production capability  


Working with cross functional team, oversees production process.  

Technical Skills  



Proficient in Microsoft office, ppt, Keynote, Google Office Suite, Webvantage  

Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI), DMP, Marketing Mix Modeling and Adobe analytics  

tools
