Marketing Analyst

22squared is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Analytics team. The Marketing Analyst role will:

  • Pull and analyze data to deliver actionable insights to Analytics, Media, and Account team decision-makers

  • Develop, maintain, and adjust reports/dashboards using multiple data sources

  • Contribute to multiple analytics projects with the ability to reprioritize workloads to meet changing schedules and deadlines

  • Support the development and publication of performance benchmarks, team documentation, POV’s, and project proposals

    Core responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively to conduct timely analyses and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize advertising campaigns

  • Provide support for marketing campaign planning with campaign analyses, business insights, and recommended actions across multiple media channels

  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and QA processes 

  • Monitor industry trends, publications, and vendors in order to update teams on new analytics strategies, tools, and methods

  • Contribute to our positive work environment and foster the team's approach

    Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Decision Sciences

  • 2+ years relevant experience in real-world application of business statistics and analytics

  • Marketing or agency experience a plus

  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, slicers, macros, and advanced formulas)

  • Experience pulling and analyzing data from media/measurement platforms such as Google Marketing Platform (GA360, GTM, Optimize, Data Studio, DoubleClick, etc.), DSP’s, DMP’s, Facebook, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Familiarity with marketing Business Intelligence platforms (Domo, Datorama, Marketo, etc.)

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, flexible and able to prioritize multiple projects with short deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Positive, eager-to-learn attitude and natural curiosity
