Each year, 22squared hosts an unparalleled internship program in Atlanta and Tampa. The 22squared Internship Program is a comprehensive and paid internship that includes personal and professional development from one of the "Top 50" advertising agencies in the U.S.

Monday, June 3 - Friday, July 26

This is a true learning experience, and we make it a point to ensure our interns leave with a few extra tools in their proverbial tool belts. Each week, we train our interns on something new by means of sessions and panels, in addition to their summer-long project. Seeing the program is only eight weeks, our emphasis will be on “quick wins” – simple strategies interns can quickly learn to dramatically improve their work, both at 22squared and in the future.

Partnership. Our interns will feel like equals and be treated with a tremendous amount of respect. Interns do not make copies or fetch coffee. They do serious research, help us complete a high-profile campaign, and add to the continuing success of 22squared.

Inspiration. Pairing passionate mentors and interns compels them to inspire others to do the same. Each intern will be paired with a mentor, where they will learn about the 7 Pillars of our Culture that make our agency hum as well as how to make it big in advertising.

Undergraduate or graduate students
Ability to work 40 hours per week (full-time)
A minimum 3.0 GPA required
Previous internship experience preferred

Ability to manage and multitask multiple projects at once
Strong interest in following and tracking industry trends
Capacity to learn and apply new concepts in a dynamic environment quickly
Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional problem-solving abilities; resourceful
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
