As the Director of Analytics at 22squared, Tom is responsible for providing marketing analytics and business intelligence to all of our clients. Under his leadership, his team skillfully improves campaign ROI, advertising effectiveness, and content and market testing by focusing on data strategy, data governance and data science. Prior to joining the agency, Tom spent 10 years at Turner Broadcasting where he led a team to establish measurement and analytics best practices across Turner’s TV and Digital brands including CNN, TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network, AdultSwim, NBA Digital, TCM and BleacherReport. In addition, Tom has also held analytics roles with Tribune Company in Chicago and Starcom Worldwide working on clients such as E*TRADE Financial, McDonald’s, Miller Brewing Company and Nintendo.
